Position: Manager – Training and Capacity Building (JG3)
The African Association of Accountants General (AAAG) is the continental body of Offices of the Accountants General committed to strengthening public sector financial management (PFM) across Africa. In pursuit of the Strategic Plan 2024–2028, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our continental training and capacity-building agenda in support of public sector financial management reforms across Africa.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the role will drive the design and delivery of high-impact learning programmes focused on IPSAS adoption, IFMIS implementation, and broader financial governance reforms, positioning AAAG as a centre of excellence in PFM capacity building.
