Gandy Mulemba

Ghandi B. Mulemba serves as Administrative Assistant at the AAAG Secretariat, where she provides day-to-day support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Her responsibilities include coordinating schedules and facilitating the Secretariat’s administrative functions.

Ghandi holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration and a Diploma in Human Resources, bringing both academic grounding and practical expertise to her role. Ghandi’s professional experience spans key positions within the Ministry of Finance of Zambia, including service as Secretary to the Deputy Accountant General, Directorates, FRI, and Specialised Audits, as well as Local Authorities. She has also worked as Program Secretary on major donor-funded initiatives, including the Global Fund Management Unit, the Public Expenditure Management & Financial Accountability (PEMFA) Programme, and the Support for Fiscal Transparency and Accountability (S-FTA) Programme.

Ghandi is dedicated to continuous improvement and to maintaining a well-organized, supportive environment at AAAG. Outside of work, she is recognized for her approachable manner and her passion for soccer.
