Rhoda Nkulukusa, Finance Assistant at the African Association of Accountants General (AAAG), plays a key role in financial reporting, managing accounts receivable and payable, and preparing for audits. She is committed to maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring compliance with best practices in public financial management.
Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Finance at the University of Lusaka, Rhoda is enhancing her expertise in financial management and strategic planning. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Demography and Psychology from the University of Zambia, which provided her with a strong foundation in analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior to joining AAAG, Rhoda gained valuable experience as a Bank Clerk at National Savings and Credit Bank, where she facilitated customer transactions, promoted banking services, and ensured accurate cash reconciliation. This experience, combined with her work in public finance, gives her a well-rounded understanding of financial operations.
